7 Mar 2022, Dr. Pensri Arunwatanamongkol, Executive Director of the Thai Network Information Center Foundation (THNICF), delivered a speech at the 53rd Asia Pacific Advanced Networks Meeting (APAN53). She addressed the importance of developing the domain name and email address using local languages such as  Thai or Universal Acceptance, stressing the importance of further development Universal Acceptance as well as using email for identification.
