On March 28, 2024, the Thai Network Information Center Foundation (THNIC) was invited by the Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG) to participate in UNIVERSAL ACCEPTANCE (UA) DAY 2024. Mr. Anawin Pongsaboripat, Assistant Director of the THNIC Foundation, represented the organization and served as a speaker on the topics “Universal Acceptance in Local Communities: Progress, Challenges, and Opportunities” and “Showcasing Universal Acceptance Implementation.” He presented and shared knowledge based on experiences from implementing local language UA projects in Thailand, providing an overview of progress, challenges encountered, tools used to address issues, and efforts to promote UA adoption in the country.
