This one-day training and online engagement activity, conducted by THNIC, aims to introduce local email service providers to the EAI (Email Address Internationalization) Self-Certification Guide. The session provides practical knowledge and tools to help providers assess and enhance their systems for EAI readiness, supporting Universal Acceptance and promoting the use of Thai language and local scripts in digital communication. As a result of this initiative, Dotarai Co., Ltd., one of our resellers, successfully upgraded their email service to the Gold level of EAI support.
