The Thai Network Information Center Foundation (THNIC Foundation), in collaboration with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), is organizing UA Day 2025 to pave the way for Thai businesses to thrive in the borderless digital world through the promotion of Universal Acceptance (UA) in internet systems.

UA Day 2025 will be held from March 26–27, 2025, at the Stock Exchange of Thailand Building in Bangkok, drawing the participation of over 40 attendees from various sectors. The strong turnout highlights the increasing awareness among Thai businesses of the need to adapt to the digital era.

This event is part of an international collaboration aimed at advancing Universal Acceptance (UA)—a fundamental principle for building an internet ecosystem that supports domain names and email addresses in all languages. By adopting UA, businesses and organizations can effectively reach customers and users in their native languages, ensuring greater accessibility and inclusivity.

A key highlight of the event is the hands-on workshop, “Simple Website Creation for Entrepreneurs,” led by Mr. Plakorn Prasutsangchan, a website development expert. The session will provide practical insights into building UA-compliant websites and leveraging .ไทย domains and @อีเมล.ไทย email addresses to their full potential.

Additionally, attendees will receive exclusive benefits, including a free .co.th or .in.th domain name, one year of free website hosting, and an official certificate from THNIC Academy, enabling Thai businesses to establish a strong online presence with confidence.
